Artist * choro * who designs our shop's T-shirts published the illustration book with 15 artists.

Enjoyed art

I worked as volunteer in Kobe at the end of March.
It's a festival for children to touch arts.
Children enjoyed making T-shirts and hats,

beating drums,

putting on concept.

They was very flexible.

"Feeling Box" exhibition.

I went to the exhibition "Feeling Box"
"Box" is a theme in this exhibition.
It's experiment and verification of graphic design that GRAF thinks about.
(opening until the middle of March in Osaka).

GRAF gives us something more than.
They were making various devices.
We could feel admiration in touching the device.

It's very difficult to define the art because that word is abstract.
However,I think it's "Action of overturning the stereotype".

People often contrast majority and minority.
I think they gives a way to transcend the comparison of these two things.
Both GRAF makes contents that many people easily understand it.
It's important.

We don't need expert knowledge of art.
We don't need to think stereotyped way.
GRAF tickle our sense with a little device

World heritage 'Gassho Dsukuri' , Japan

I went snowboarding at the end of 2009.
On the way to snowbord slopes , I went to Shirakawago.
Shirakawago is a village, has many house with a steep rafter roof.
It's a style of Japanese architecture, is registered with the world heritage.

Everyone say "Gassho Dsukuri",'cause That roof looks like the shape of hands
when they join their hands in prayer,"Gassho" in japansese.

The roof defends the house from heavy weight snow.
These superb angle is beautiful :D
